Ingredients
Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 1 large Kroger Egg Whites, 1 servingAlmond Breeze Almond Milk, Unsweetened Vanilla, 1 oz Cinnamon, ground, 1 tspTrader Joe's Rolled Oats (Gluten Free), 30 grams Blueberries, fresh, .5 cup Fage Greek Yogurt - 0%, plain, 2 oz
Directions
In a large mug, whisk the egg, the egg whites, the almond milk and cinnamon. Mix in the oats and blueberries. Microwave for 3 minutes on high. Top with yogurt.
