Ingredients
1 cup uncooked old fashioned oatmeal1/2 cup ground flax seed meal1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips1/2 cup reduced fat peanut butter1/3 cup honey1 tsp. vanilla extract1/2 cup Kretchmer's toasted wheat germ
Directions
Mix all ingredients except wheat germ. Blend well
Using a 1 TBS cookie scoop, scoop dough and toss in wheat germ to coat outside of balls
Set on waxed paper. Keep refrigerated in a covered container.
