Bio Body Cheese/Yogurt Crepes

Ingredients
1 Free range egg1/2 cup Liquid Egg Whites5 tbsp Half & HalfFresh ground pepper5 drops Hazel Nut flavoured Stevia1 Scoop Now Powdered SteviaTopping1 Slice Monterey Jack Cheese1 100ml container Sugar free Yogurt (your Choice)
Directions
Mix the egg. half & half cream, liquid egg whites, pepper, and Stevia together.

Pour 1/3 of this mixture into a pre-heated non-stick pan and swirl around until starts to cook. Place back on heat add the cheese and 1/3 the yogurt to the middle. Then fold over to form a square. Remove from pan before crepe becomes browned. Repeat 2 more times.

Serve, eat and enjoy.
