Homeade English Muffin Sandwich

Ingredients
Fried Egg with seasoning (pepper) 1 full toasted English Muffin, 1-2 slices (depending on size) of Cheddar Cheese, Unsalted Butter (for pan and on toasted muffin)
Directions
Pr-heat pan on the stove with some butter to help to egg not stick (important). Add egg and season to your liking. Once you flip the egg over, start toasting you English muffin. Once the egg and muffin are done, butter the muffin and put the cheese on one side and then the egg over top. Put together and eat!
