Cottage Cheese Pancakes

Ingredients
Cottage Cheese, 1% Milkfat, 1 cup (not packed) *Flour, white, .33 cup Egg, fresh, whole, raw, 3 large Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp Salt, 1 dash
Directions
Blend cottage cheese in blender till smooth, add eggs one at a time then flour, salt and vanilla. Spray pan with non-stick spray and cook till lightly browned.
