Burger Loaf Vegetarian (TVP)

Ingredients
Loaf:1 Onion, chopped4 oz margarine (Take Control Light)6 slices whole grain bread (or wheat), cubed1 1/2 cups dry Bob's Red Mill TVP1 1/2 cups boiling water2 cups grated low fat cheese (or fat free)1 cup Egg Beatersseasoning to taste (1 tspn garlic powder, dash pepper, 1 Tbsp parsley) (can use McKay's Chicken Style seasoning)Topping:2/3 cup ketchup1/4 cup raw sugar2/3 cup water
Directions
Preheat oven 350 degrees.

Pour 1 1/2 cups boiling water over TVP, stir, let sit for 5-10 mins.

Combine all Loaf ingredients (including Hydrated TVP) together & press into loaf pan.

Mix Topping ingredients & pour over loaf mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes.
