Ingredients
1 large carrot, shredded60g spelt Flour60g wholewheat flour2 tsp baking powderPinch of salt1/2 tsp cinnamon Vanilla150ml soy milk50-75ml water3 tsp agave syrup
Directions
Combine dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients and shredded carrots and mix. Let sit for about 5 minutes and cook.
