Amazing Kale Salad

Ingredients
1/2 c Olive Oil1/4 c Lemon Juice3 Cloves, Garlic - mashed1/4 tsp crushed Red Pepper (or to taste)1/4 tsp coarse salt2 Bunches of fresh Kale, ribs removed, leaves cut into pieces1/2c Grated Parmesean cheese (any variety such as Parm/Romano is awesome too)
Directions
In a gallon size zip lock bag, combine the Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Crushed Red Pepper and Salt (to taste).

Seal and mix, then add cut up Kale to the bag (it will all fit, tried it), seal and shake to coat.

Open bag and add grated cheese. Close again and shake.

Pour into large salad bowl and serve!
