Ingredients
*Eden Organic black soybeans,whole can, drained*Flaxseed (Spectrum Organic Ground), 2 tbsp *Garlic Powder, 1/2 tsp*Onion Powder, 1/2 tsp *Great Value, Canola Oil Blend (Pure Canola Oil & Vegetable Oil), 1 tbsp*Drinking Water (from bottle or tap), 1 oz(or less depends on what you want your consistency of the blend to be)
Directions
Add all ingredient to food processor and blend. Form into patties.
Bake, fry or grill.
