Ingredients
4 apples, peeled and sliced.1tbsp lemon juice1tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp ground ginger1/4 cup water
Directions
In a large saucepan, add apples, water and lemon juice, over medium heat. Stir until combined and cover for 10 minutes. Add cinnamon and ginger, Continue to cool another 20minutes or until soft.
