Chicken and Wild Rice Casserole

Ingredients
3 shredded chicken breast1 pkg cooked wild rice1/2 cup chicken stock1/2 cup reduced fat sour creamsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook 2-3 chicken breasts on the bone in water or chicken stock til cooked through.

Let chicken cool slightly and then shred into bite size pieces.

In a separate pot, cook wild rice according to package directions.

In a bowl, mix chicken, cooked rice, sour cream, and stock together.

Spread into a square baking dish and bake 20 minutes at 375 until slightly golden on top.
