Ingredients
Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (I used frozen)Olive Oil, 1 tbsp Mushrooms, canned, 1 cup Peas and carrots, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) green beans, frozen, 1 package (10 oz) water 2 cups *Brown Rice, long grain, 1 cup cooked
Directions
sauté onions in oil. add mushrooms and saute. add water and veggies. bring to boil. lower flame and cook a few minutes. add rice and warm up if necessary.
add flavoring from tips.
