Homemade Mint Ginger Limeade

Ingredients
10 Limes - juiced.25 cup fresh ginger minced6 tbsp fresh spearmint minced8 cups water or 6 cups water 2 cups ice
Directions
Mix together lime juice, ginger, and spearmint and allow to over low heat for 10-15 minutes, no boil needed. Pour water or water/ice into pitcher and then with large spoon pour in lime juice mixture and stir to combine. If you don't want bits of ginger, strain the lime juice while pouring into water.

Serving Size: Makes roughly 10 cups
