Atkins Friendly Mega Salad

Ingredients
Romaine Lettuce (salad), 2 cup, shredded Chopped Black Olives, 20 grams Mushrooms, canned, .5 cup Crushed Garlic, 1 clove *Green Onion - Raw, chopped, 0.25 cup Basil, .3 tbsp dried herb. 2 or three leaves, freshSalt, 1 dash Olive Oil, 1 tbsp *Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, .5 cup cherry tomatoes, chopped or cut with scissors
Directions
Chop or cut with scissors, tomatoes and green onion into salad bowl, add salt, toss. Let stand for a few minutes to let the salt draw juices. Crush garlic into bowl. Add olive oil and toss. Add remaining ingredients. Toss
