Easy Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
27oz Pork Loin Roast (about 1 1/2 lbs)14 oz Can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes14 oz Can Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth1 3/4 Cup Water3 Tbsp Green Chili Sauce1/4 Cup Salsa1 Large Onion Chopped 1 Large Green Pepper Chopped1 Medium Red Pepper Chopped
Directions
1.) Cut loin in half to fit crock pot and place in pot.
2.) Pour green chili sauce, salsa and tomatoes (including juice) and broth over pork.
3.) Fill broth can with water and pour in pot.
4.) Pour veggies on top.
5.) Cook on low for about 8 hours.
6.) Shred pork with two forks and stir well. Enjoy!
