Salad and Tuna

Ingredients
1 large, ripe tomato1 large cucumber with peel1 can of chunk light tuna in oil-drained1 dash of black pepper1/2 cup cottage cheese
Directions
Chop the tomato and cucumber into bite-size chunks and put in a bowl. Open the can of tuna and drain the oil. Add to the bowl. Add a dash of black pepper. Add the cottage cheese on top.

Serving Size: makes one large salad
