1 whole sweet potato (cooked)1 C liquid egg whites (about 5 egg whites)1 serving of vanilla protein powder (I used soy)1/2 Tbsp chia seeds1 Tbsp raspberries (or other berries)1 Tbsp syrup (optional)
Combine all ingredients into blender and blend. Cooks four pancakes - two pancakes per serving.
