Ingredients
2 Chicken Tenderloins2 Tbsp Kraft Light Mayo1 Tbsp dried cranberries1 Tbsp walnut pieces
Directions
Cook chicken tenderloins in desired manner. I prefer to used grilled chicken for added flavor. Cut or shred chicken and place in a bowl. Add walnuts and cranberries to bowl. Add mayo and stir to coat. Enjoy! Makes 1 large serving, or can be divided into 2 smaller servings. Nutrition information provided is for one serving.

    I make this often, but double the ingredients and add 1 T. of lemon juice to the 4 T. mayo - really yummy. Sometimes I also add half an apple chopped finely. - 4/4/08
