Yum yum yum! Make sure you look at the calories in your own ingredients because for me, this was around 450 calories per serving, just fyi! - 1/5/10

Great mac and cheese! There's nothing processed here. I ate a serving and a half for dinner; 450 calories for a meal isn't too bad. I served it with a nice salad. Tried a second time with some chopped onion, basil, and oregano mixed in-amazing! Also good with mushrooms, spinach, and onion salt. - 5/14/08

I made this recipe but I always chop onions and boil with the noodles. It gives an extra flavor, but you can't taste the onions once they are cooked and mixed in with the cheese. - 1/21/09

This was very good. My family did not like the crackers on time, so next time it will be without the crackers. Still a very good dish. Thanks. - 12/1/08

I love this and have made it several times now. I added some cut up chicken for a little protein. Also, I definitely recommend the baking option. I covered it in bread crumbs and a little italian spice, and it was great! - 10/12/08

Im a bit confused here, how is 450 calories, and almost 16 grams of fat for 1/2 Cup of this healthy? its four servings and only 2 cups of noodles...so its not much more than 1/2 cup. - 9/24/14

I'd never done it before, but I used Almond milk and it worked wonderfully!! Since I was the only one eating it, I cut the amount in half with no problem. So easy!! - 7/10/13

Maybe I did something wrong, but I did not enjoy this. It had very little flavor and there was too much sauce for the noodle amount. I even added onions when I boiled the noodles and some oregano and chili powder to the mixture. I think it's the skim milk and the amount of milk that does it. - 6/13/11
