McKenzie's Banana Isomorph Protein Cheesecake

Ingredients
CRUST Sunbeam Almond Meal, 110 grams5 DatesCoconut Oil, 30 gramsMoist coconut flakes, 50 gramsTOPPING:Natvia Sweetener 1/4 cupVanilla Essence 1 tspnCinnamon ground 1 tspn2 whole eggsLow Fat Cottage Cheese, 2% milkfat 1 cupChobani Plain Greek Yogurt small tubPhiladelphia Extra Light Cream Cheese 5% Fat, 1 cup Banana Isomorph Protein, 2 scoops
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 160 degrees.

Roughly process crust ingredients in food processor. Press mixture firmly into a baking dish and bake for 10 minutes. Cool the crust before adding the topping.

Process topping ingredients in food processor until smooth. Pour over the top of the cooled crust. Bake in oven for an additional 35 minutes. Cool the cake in the oven with the door partially open to prevent cracking. Then store in the fridge.
