Chicken sausage balls

Ingredients
Directions
1.4 lb chicken thighs, ground9.6 oz (0.6 lb) high melt cheddar, shredded2 tbsp sausage seasoning1/3 c water3.3 c (0.9 lb) bisquickfrying oil
Grind chicken thighs
Combine with water and sausage seasoning until mixed
Blend meat and marinade
Add cheese and blend
Add bisquick and blend
Put in freezer if need to make forming easier
Form into 3/4" balls
Roll in excess bisquick and par fry for 15 sec in hot oil
Bake in 375F oven for 20 min or until internal temp reaches 165F
EAT!
Serving Size: makes 80 3/4" balls
