Tuna Salad Italian Style

Ingredients
2 can tuna drained1 can Progresso Cannellini Beans, drained1/2 cup celery, chopped1/2 cup chopped red onion2 Tbs. chopped parsley2 cloves garlic, minced2 T. capers2 T. olive oil2 T. vinegar, red wine preferred2 T. lemon juicefresh ground black pepper to taste
Directions
Mix together, refrigerate, serve over lettuce and tomatoes. Better the second day!
