Bomb Bean Burgers

1 3/4 Black bean rinsed1 jalapeno chopped3 tbsp chopped red pepper1/2 small onion chopped2 cloves of garlic chopped1egg1 tbsp Epicure Louisiana hot and spicy dip seasoning1 tbsp Sansel or epicure burger seasoning1/4 c (A little less) Corn1.5 adobo peppers in the sauce chopped1/4c-1/2c of panko bread crumbs
Chopped and saute veg and garlic in pan till almost cooked, Put aside.
In bowl after thoroughly rinsing beans use potato masher to mash beans to a rough texture (Leave some beans whole) Add cooked veg and seasoning and mix well. Let cook for a few mins then add egg and panko bread crumbs mix well and then let sit in the fridge for 10 mins so that mixture thickens up. Pat into 5 or 6 burger patties and either freeze or cook immediately
