Ingredients
Half avocado, pitted and peeledWhole medium banana2 tbsp raw almond butter.5 cup unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice).5 cup plain coconut yogurt (or yogurt of choice)2 tbsp Flax seed mealIce (to desired consistency)
Directions
Add all ingredients (starting with liquids) to blender, slowly adding denser ingredients. Save ice for last. Add more almond milk if needed.
