Miso Salad Dressing

Ingredients
1/2 cup white miso paste1/2 cup water1/2 cup oil ( I used a mixture of sesame and olive)1 tbsp honey1 tbsp vinegar (white wine, apple cider, any kind is fine)1 tbsp soy saucesalt, pepper, chili flakes to taste
Directions
mix everything together and whisk/blend until combined, a blender is preferable since the miso tends to clump. Store in an airtight container, lasts for several weeks.
