1 bundle swiss chard3 small summer squash1 medium sweet onion1 block firm tofu6 tbsp Girard's Light Champagne Dressing5 Tbsp, Earth Balance Natural Buttery Spread

Chop all the veggies. Saute in Buttery spread, crumble in tofu, add dressing, steam for 5 minutes and serve
