Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
8 cups peeled cubed cucumber2 cups chopped green pepper1 cup minced red onionhalf a bunch of cilantro (washed) course chopped1 cup Banana peppers chopped1 jar of capers drained30 green stuffed olives, chopped in half16oz container of cherry tomatoes chopped in half4 TBSP Lite ranch Dressing1/2 cup lime juice1 cup Italian Salad dressingsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Prepare all ingredients, put all ingredients in large bowl. Put in refrigerator for 4 hours to let juices marinate. Stir every hour if you have the time. (Flavors blend better if stirred or the 4 hour period)
