Watermelon Gazpacho

Ingredients
Watermelon, 900 grams (remove) Red Ripe Tomatoes, 2900 grams (remove) Cucumber (with peel), 900 grams (remove) Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped (remove) Scallions, raw, 6 medium (4-1/8" long) (remove) Cilantro, raw, 3 tbsp (remove)
Directions
Throw watermellon & seeded tomatoes in the food processor, pulverize. add everything else in small chunks and pulse until it's the texture you want. Chill for several hours and adjust seasonings.
