LCHF Omega 3 bread

Ingredients
1c ground almonds¼ c coconut flour⅓ c flaxseed meal1c mixed seeds (e.g. sesame/sunflour/flax)½ c chia seeds½ tsp salt1 tsp baking powder4 eggs1 tsp apple cider vinegar½ c thick greek joghurt (or cottage cheese)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients, whisk egg, vinegar, and greek joghurt together. Mix with dry ingredients. Place in a small buttered loaf tin, sprinkle flaxseeds on top and let stand for few minutes. Bake at 180°C for about 25min.

Serving Size: Makes 1 small loaf of approx. 16 slices
