Ingredients
2 Slices Whole grain bread2 tsp light margarine30g Sliced Light Cheddar60g Pastrami4 Tbsp Sauerkraut
Directions
Place a frying pan over low heat. Scrape 1 tsp Margarine onto a bread slice, and place margarine side down in frying pan. Layer pastrami, sauerkraut, and cheddar on top of bread slice. Scrape rest of margarine onto second bread slice and place margarine side up on top of the rest in pan. Fry on low heat for about 10 minutes, or until golden toasted then flip sandwich, and repeat with other slice of bread.
