1.5 cups cheddar cheese, shredded1 tbsp ghee or butter1 tbsp tapioca flour1/2 cup whole milk
Directions
mix tapioca flour and ghee or butter (room temp), gradually stir in warmed milk. sprinkle in cheddar cheese and microwave for 30 sec. stir and microwave for 30 sec until melted and blended.
