Hummus Pita Pizza

Ingredients
Pita slice (split open)-----For each 6 in half----Hummus. 3-4 TFeta cheese. .25 ozMediterranean or Greek Blend (garlic pepper,basil,marjoram,thyme,oregano.etc)Spray Pam ---Opt. toppingsRoasted red peppers 1T -drained and dicedKalamata olives chopped
Directions
Turn on broiler
Spray pan with Pam
And inside top of pita
Broil till very lightly browned
Remove from oven and set temp. to 375*
Spread hummus on pita
Sprinkle on spices
Add crumbled feta and desired opt. toppings
Bake in hot oven 5 min. or till cheese begins to melt
