Chia Seed - 1 tbspCocoa, dry powder, unsweetened, 2 tbspSilk - Vanilla Soy Milk, 1 cupWater, tap, 2 cup (16 fl oz) Agave Nectar (Wholesome Organic Blue Agave), .5 tbsp Spirutein Vanilla, .5 serving Avocados, California (Haas), .5 fruit without skin and seeds (
Directions
combine everything in a nutribullet blender. A regular blender wont work well on the almonds and chia seeds.

Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to leat the chia seeds absorb the fluid and become more like pudding.
