Amazing Vegan Carrot Banana Bread

Ingredients
1 cup flour1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp cinnamonDash salt2 medium very ripe bananas, mashed1/3 cup sugar1/4 cup applesauce (in place of oil)1T flax seed meal with 3 T water (allow to gel in place of egg)1.25 cup grated carrot1/2 T vanilla3 T dessicated coconut2 tsp sesame seeds
Directions
Place Flax seed meal and water in cup to gel
Cook a sliced apple in water and mash to create applesauce
Mix flour, baking soda, cinnamon, salt, and dessicated coconut well.
Mix sugar, vanilla, mashed bananas, flax meal mixture, and applesauce
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients
Fold in carrots
Top with 2 tsp sesame seeds
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or so!
