Ingredients
*Berkley & Jensen Onions & Peppers (3/4 c.), 4 serving *Wine- Pino Grigio white wine, 8 oz *Chicken Broth - Kirkland, 2 cup *Brommel & brown spread, 1 tbsp De An's chicken sausage (or any other chicken sausage), 4 serving Parmesan Cheese, grated, .5 cup Basil, 5 leaves Garlic powder, 1 tsp salt and pepper1 tbsp Argo 100% Pure Corn Starch
Directions
boil water and cook pasta according to directions or desired tenderness. remove sausage from casing and saute in a non stick pan in Pam cooking spray. Add peppers and onion and continue cooking until caramelized. Add wine and let it reduce. Add chicken broth and cook for 1 minute. add basil, garlic, butter, salt, pepper and stir. Toss in pasta and mix in cheese. Serving Size: makes 5 2 cup servings
