Spinach, Mushroom, Feta Scrambled Eggs

Ingredients
Eggs, 3 whole and 2 egg whites (straight from our backyard chickens)1/4 Cup non fat millk to mix up the scrambled eggs1 T Olive oil3/4 Cup mushroom sliced2 oz of frozen spinach thawed2 oz crumbled feta cheese
Directions
Whisk eggs and milk in a bowl. Meanwhile, heat olive oil over medium heat in skillet with mushrooms and spinach. When mushrooms brown and soften add whisked eggs and cook until set. Stir occasionally when the eggs start to firm to keep from burning. Split into 2 servings and sprinkle feta cheese on top.
