Swiss Spinach Quiche

Ingredients
9" frozen pie crust8-10 oz frozen chopped spinach8 oz shredded swiss cheese2 T flour3 eggs1 c non fat half and halfsalt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
Directions
Toss shredded cheese with flour. Add thawed, squeezed spinach. Whisk eggs and half and half. Pour into cheese/spinach. Season to taste. Pour into crust and bake at 350 for 60 minutes.
