Ingredients
265g Courgette170g Leeks199g Savoy Cabbage123g Baby Carrots91g Spinach2ltr Fat Free Veg Stock
Directions
Just chop all veg put into a large saucepan add veg stock and bring to a boil for 5 mins then turn heat down and simmer gently for 25 mins until veg soft.

Serve sprinkled with fresh chopped herbs of your choice
