Whole wheat cinnamon oatmeal pancakes

Ingredients
2 c old fashioned oats1 c whole wheat flour1 c flour1 tbs baking powder1/4 tsp salt1 tsp cinnamon2 large eggs1 c 1% milk1tsp vanilla
Directions
In a food processor, combine 1 cup of oats, flours, salt, baking powder, and cinnamon. Process until smooth. In a large bowl, whisk eggs, milk and vanilla. Stir in dry ingredients plus one cup of oats. Butter a medium hot skillet and spoon approximately 1/2 c of batter. Cook until golden brown.
