Choco-Coconut Cookies

Ingredients
1/3 cup coconut oil, melted1/3 cup Greek yogurt4 eggs4 cups almond flour1 tsp baking soda1 tbsp vanilla extract1/4 cup steviva blend (or 1/2 tsp stevia powdered extract)1/2 cup mini chocolate chips1/2 up unsweetened, shredded coconut
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in one large bowl. Mix well. Drop large spoonfuls onto a parchment lined pan and bake for approximately 25 minutes until edges turn golden brown.
