Cheesy Cauliflower Patties

Ingredients
Boil one head of cauliflower till tender (about 10 mins), drain, mash warm. Add all ingredients except the oil. Mix well, oil skillet and form patties about 3 inches in diameter and cook till golden brown on each side.
Directions
Boil cauliflower till tender, drain, mash. Add all other ingredients except oil. After well mixed, cook till golden brown in a skillet using the olive oil.

Serving Size: Makes 11 patties about 3 inches in diameter.

    Delicious! Easy! Such a tasty addition to a sandwich. I am a garlic hound, so I added garlic paste. Make sure you do not add the egg to the hot cauliflower before mixing in the panko crumbs and cheese! These (smaller) patties could be finger food at a party. - 2/2/14
