Ingredients
*Azuki Beans (cooked, boiled), 1 cup (remove)*Canola Oil, 1 tbsp (remove)*Cumin seed, 1 tsp (remove)*Fenugreek seed, 1 tsp (remove)Ginger Root, 3 tsp (remove)Garlic, 3 tsp (remove)*Tumeric, 0.5 tsp (remove)*Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average, 1 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) (remove)Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)*garam marsala, 1 tsp (remove)*Hot Chili Peppers, 6 pepper (remove)Cilantro, raw, 6 tbsp (remove)Cilantro, dried, 1 tbsp (remove)
Directions
- Boil azuki beans with water in pressure cooker
- Heat oil and add cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds, finer, and garlic
- Add chopped onions and tomatoes
- Add turmeric, chili peppers, garam masala, dried cilantro
- Pour azuki beans with water into gravy
- Add fresh chopped cilantro
- Add water and salt if needed
