Greek Pasta Salad, Homemade Greek Dressing

Ingredients
6oz (half box) Whole Grain Rotini pasta2 green peppers cut into chunks3 roma tomatoes, seeds removed, cut into chunks2 cucumbers, seeds removed, cut into chunks1/2 red onion chopped3 oz feta, crumbled or cubed smalldressing:zest and juice of one lemon2 Tbsp balsamic or honey wine vinegar1/4 cup olive oil1 clove garlic mincedhandful of fresh basil (chop) or 1 Tbsp dried basil1/2 tsp dried oregano1/2 tsp dried thyme
Directions
Cook pasta to desired tenderness, drain and refrigerate or let cool. Prepare dressing adding ingredients in order given then stir with wisk.
Stir or shake all ingredients in a large bowl until dressing covers everything. Best when refrigerated.
