Vegan Chocolate Peanut Butter Pie

Ingredients
Crust:1 1/2 cups almond meal2 Tbsp Coconut Oil2 packets TruviaPie:1 block firm tofu, drained1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp peanut butter1/4 cup chocolate chips, melted2 Tbsp milk2 Tbsp cocoa powder3 Tbsp xylitol
Directions
Combine crust ingredients, press into pie crust. Bake at 350 for 10 minutes.

Blend all other ingredients in a food processor until very very smooth (a few minutes).

Let pie crust cool, then put pie filling into pie. Let chill in refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
