Brown beef, Add 1/2 diced onion 1 can whole kernnel corn (or frozen), 1 can tomatoes with green chiles, 3 canned whol chiles sliced, 1 can olives sliced and drained, 1 can black beans drained, 1/4-1/2 cup taco sauce or salsa, optional garlic powder, and taco seasoning. Simmer to thicken and concentrate. Serve top with grated cheese, sour cream, and tortilla chips. Garnish with avocado.
