Barilla Whole Grain Rotini (13 oz box)Olive Oil (2 tbsp)Lemon Juice, (0.375 cup)Salt (1 tsp)Black Pepper (2 tsp)Minced Garlic (3 tsp)Solid White Albacore Tuna (two 6-oz cans)White beans - Cannellini (15 oz can)Chick Peas (15 oz can)Red or White Onion, Diced (1 cup)
(1) Cook pasta. Cool pasta by rinsing with cold water.
(2) In large bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, salt, pepper, garlic.
(3) Add cooled pasta, tuna, white beans, garbanzo beans, and diced onion to the same large bowl. Mix until even consistency.
Serving Size: 8 large bowls
