Beef stew

Ingredients
1 can beef broth1 pound beef cubed1 pound red potatoes cubed1 pound baby carrots1.5 T minced dehydrated onion1/2 cup flour (for thickening)SaltPepper
Directions
Pour broth in crock pot
Add onion
Cut up other ingredients
Place in Crock pot
Cook 6-8 hours on high
Shake flour in 1 cup water to thicken as desired
Salt and pepper to taste
