Boneless Beef Chuck Roast, 44 oz (2 1/2 pounds)All-Purpose White Flour, 0.25 cupSalt & PepperCanola Oil, .25 cupSoup, LIPTON, RECIPE SECRETS ONION, Mix, DryOnions, raw, 1 cup, choppedPotato, raw, 2 large Package of Baby carotts
Salt and pepper roast, dredge in flour, brown in oil. Spray slow cooker with nonstick spray. Place meat in slow cooker, add onions & Lipton onion soup mix, add 1 to 2 cups water, cover and cook on low for 8 hours.
Boil potatoes & carrots until tender and add to roast after 8 hours cooking or you can add them raw to the roast 2 hours before complete
