Spicy Tangerine Beef

5 Tbsp lite soy sauce, divided1 Tbsp cornstarch1 lb flank steak, cut in thin strips2 Tbsp cooking sherry2 Tbsp hoisin sauce1 Tbsp honey1 Tbsp chili sauce1/4 cup freshly squeezed tangerine juice1 Tbsp olive oil2 Tbsp minced fresh ginger1 scallion, chopped1/4 tangerine, zested1 Tbsp sesame seeds
1. In a small bowl, combine 3 Tbsp soy sauce and cornstarch and mix well. Place sliced beef in a large Ziploc bag and pour in soy mixture. Seal completely and let marinate at least 20 minutes in the refrigerator.
2. Whisk together the sherry, hoisin, honey, chili sauce, remaining soy sauce and tangerine juice until completely combined.
3. In large wok, heat oil on high heat. Add the ginger and beef and cook 5 minutes. Lower the heat to medium, add the sauce mixture and cook an additional 2 minutes, until sauce thickens. Garnish with scallions, tangerine zest and sesame seeds.
