Cool Whip Pie

Ingredients
1 cup rice flour1/3 cup potato flour1/4 cup butter1/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt1/2 tsp salt2 cups cool whip4 Tbsp cold water
Directions
Measure flour and salt into bowl. Cut in butter and yogurt. Sprinkle in water, mixing until all flour is moistened and dough almost cleans side of bowl.
Roll out and place in pie pan. Bake at 475 for 8 to 10 minutes. Remove and cool. Spoon Cool Whip into crust and serve immediately or refrigerate.
